All services will be performed to the highest standards, ensuring client satisfaction. Specific services included in each package will be detailed in the service agreement.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of the appointment.

Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book services at least 48 hours in advance.
Scheduling Changes: Any changes to the scheduled service must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.

Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change.
Invoices: Clients will receive an invoice upon confirmation of booking, detailing the services and total cost.

Additional services or changes requested after booking may incur extra charges, which will be communicated clearly to the client.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

No-Show: Failure to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.

Effective Date: Changes will take effect 30 days after notification.

Issues arising from pre-existing conditions or damages in the client's property.
